King Henry V1 and his queen, Margaret of Anjou, founded these two colleges alongside the river Cam in 1441 and 1448. Together they offer visitors stunning architecture from medieval to modern. Kings college chapel contains the largest fan vaulted ceiling in the country, sculptures from the time of Henry V11, glorious C16th stained glass and Rubens ‘Adoration of the Magi’.

In Queens’ college you will see a half-timbered Tudor building in cloister court, the Hall and Chapel built in the C19th, with decoration by pre-raphaelite artists and craftsmen and a stroll across the Mathematical Bridge, making this tour one to remember.
