- Price quoted is per guide, and NOT per person.

- Price quoted is in British Pounds Sterling.

- Payment to be made in Pounds Sterling, either in cash on the day of the tour, or using online banking on receipt of invoice.

- Services of a qualified and professional Green or Blue Badge guide.

- Guides will provide a tour for groups of up to 15 people per tour guide.

- One or more additional qualified guides will be appointed if the group exceeds 15 people. e.g. 15 - 30 people will require 2 guides, with the group divided equally.

- Tours to include the places requested and agreed.

- Final price will include the admission fees to those colleges who charge for entry (Client does not need to pay for guide’s admission fee) and any other additional charges.

- Hire of a Public Service Vehicle (for example a mini coach with driver).

- Cost of any refreshments.

- If the Client chooses to use taxis, the Client shall pay for all taxi fares.

- Any adjustment to the pre-confirmed time of the tour, caused by circumstances outside the control of the tour guide.

- Cambridge City Tours must be notified of cancellations by email or text.

- Cancellation more than 14 days prior to tour: no payment required if written notification has been sent by email or text.

- Less than 48 hours prior to tour: no refund.

- Cambridge City Tours reserves the right to retain the full booking fee if the group choose not to arrive for the confirmed booking and have not given notice of cancellation.

Cambridge City Tours shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, accident, delay or irregularity suffered by any customer however caused, only to the extent that they are themselves liable under English Law for negligence or breach of the conditions of the contract.

Cambridge City Tours will not share any client details with any third parties.
